Services

Marketing services for boiler installers, and which one to start with

A boiler job is a considered purchase. The homeowner has usually lived with cold radiators, a leaking tank or a 30-year-old cast-iron unit for a while before they call, and they read a lot before they pick an installer. Boiler.Marketing makes sure that, when they finally search, they find you, understand your options and pick up the phone. We do the marketing. You do the install.

Why boiler installers need marketing built for boilers

Short answer: boiler buyers search in a different language from furnace buyers, and a generic HVAC campaign wastes money on the wrong clicks.

Someone shopping for a furnace types "furnace replacement" and wants a price. Someone with a hydronic system types things like "radiators not heating upstairs", "combi boiler vs tankless water heater", "replace old cast iron boiler" or "in-floor heating installer near me". Those are smaller searches, but the intent behind each one is far more specific, and the jobs are usually bigger.

A typical HVAC agency bids on "heating repair" and "furnace installation", then sends boiler traffic to a page about air conditioners. The result is a high cost per lead and an owner who concludes that "boiler marketing doesn't work". In our experience it works well when three things are true:

  • every boiler service has its own page that speaks to that exact problem
  • the ads and keywords are boiler-only, with furnace and AC terms excluded
  • someone tracks which calls became installed boilers, not just which clicks arrived

Our services hub explains how combi lead generation, hydronic SEO, websites, reviews and tracking fit together.

What a good boiler lead is worth (do the maths with your own numbers)

Short answer: work backwards from your gross margin on an installed boiler, then decide what you can afford to pay for a booked estimate.

Here is an illustrative example. Replace each number with yours:

Step Example figure
Gross margin on a typical combi replacement $3,000
Share of booked in-home estimates you close 40%
Margin earned per booked estimate ($3,000 × 40%) $1,200
Share of margin you're willing to spend on marketing 20%
What you can pay per booked estimate $240

If your marketing currently costs $400 per booked estimate, you are losing money on every combi you sell through that channel. If it costs $120, you should probably spend more. Our guide to what a combi boiler lead should cost walks through the full calculation, including no-heat calls and add-on work like indirect tanks and zoning.

The proof: boiler sites we built and still point to

Short answer: our method comes from boiler-specific websites that are live today and still producing.

  • CombiBoiler.ca, a combi-only site, now brings in 300+ monthly leads, holds 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords and returned 300% ROI.
  • GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. It serves 26+ BC communities and holds 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
  • BoilerPart.ca runs 2,000+ programmatic pages and grew organic traffic by 180%.

What these have in common is depth. Each one answers the questions boiler owners actually ask, page by page, instead of hiding boilers in a single paragraph on a general heating site. The results page explains what transfers to your company and what doesn't.

Canada is not one boiler market

Short answer: fuel, climate and programs change the pitch from province to province, so your campaigns need to match where you install.

According to Statistics Canada, about three-quarters of Alberta and Saskatchewan households heated mainly with natural gas in 2023, while 70% of Quebec households relied on electricity. A gas combi pitch that works in Saskatoon makes little sense in most of Quebec, where an electric boiler or a hydronic heat-pump conversation is more likely.

Programs differ too. As of October 2026, SaskEnergy's equipment replacement rebate lists $750 for a high-efficiency boiler and $800 for a combi boiler, while most provinces offer nothing boiler-specific and focus their money on heat pumps. Confirm with SaskEnergy before you put any figure in an ad. The areas hub covers each province and the three territories with dated sources.

Who you'd be working with

Short answer: a small Canadian team led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies.

Ali has 17+ years of digital marketing experience, starting in 2007, and has built 150+ live HVAC websites, many of them boiler sites. Boiler.Marketing works alongside HVAC.Agency, our parent brand for HVAC and heating companies.

We should be plain about one thing: we are a marketing and consulting service, not a heating contractor. We don't install, repair or service boilers, and we never compete with you for jobs. Read more on the about page.

What it costs to start

Short answer: plans from $2,998 a month, websites from $3,500 one-time, a free 7-day trial and no lock-in.

The pricing page explains which plan suits a two-truck combi specialist and which suits a hydronic contractor covering several towns. Before you decide anything, the FAQ answers the usual questions about contracts, account ownership and what happens if you've been burned by an agency before. When you're ready, the contact page tells you what to send so the first call is useful.

Frequently asked questions

What is Boiler.Marketing?

Boiler.Marketing is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for companies that install residential boilers, combis and hydronic heating. It is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are not a contractor and never install, repair or service a boiler.

Do you only work with boiler companies?

This service is built for installers whose best jobs are boilers: combi replacements, system boilers with indirect tanks, radiant floor and radiator systems. Many of our clients also sell furnaces or heat pumps, and that is fine; we simply build the plan around the boiler work you want more of.

What proof do you have that this works for boilers?

Our clearest proof is CombiBoiler.ca: 300+ monthly leads, 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords and 300% ROI. GasBoilers.ca, a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat, serves 26+ BC communities. Both sites are live, so you can check them yourself.

How much does it cost?

Managed plans start at $2,998 a month and websites start at $3,500 one-time, in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients add GST/HST for their province. The pricing page explains the Starter, Growth and Elite plans in boiler terms.

Will you promise a number of boiler leads?

No. Nobody honest can promise lead counts or rankings. We tell you what we expect, show you the numbers every month and judge the work on cost per installed boiler.

Do you work outside British Columbia?

Yes. We are based in Vancouver and work with installers across all ten provinces and three territories. Each region page explains the heating mix, climate, regulators and current programs that shape boiler demand there.
